Cancellation & Refund Timeline

If you cancel at least 48 hours before your check-in date, you qualify for a full refund minus applicable processing fees. Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before check-in will incur a 50% charge on the total booking amount. Cancellations within 24 hours of check-in, or no-shows, are non-refundable.

Early Departures

If you check out before your scheduled departure date, the remaining nights will not be refunded.

Special & Promotional Rates

Bookings made under discounted or promotional rates are non-refundable unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise. Certain rates or packages may also be marked non-refundable at the time of booking — this will always be clearly indicated before you confirm.

Changes to Reservation Dates

Date modifications are subject to availability and may result in rate adjustments or additional charges.

Group Bookings

Refund terms for group reservations are handled separately. Please refer to your group contract or get in touch with our team directly for details.

Force Majeure

In the event of unforeseen circumstances — such as natural disasters or government-imposed restrictions — Klyra Hotels reserves the right to offer alternative solutions in place of a standard refund, subject to applicable adjustments.
